I'm disappointed: I'm listening and waiting for the suck, for the yak that is with child, but no such animal appeared. Only a steady counterpunctual rocking of the J.S. Bach by the J.S. Kerr on the J.S. (Jesus Stick). I think that this is false advertising and I want my money back! This rocked way ...

I loved it, Scott! And one of your longer covers as well. Good, rocking solo and nice, tasty bass with a clear and steady melody. Sweet!

Glad you liked it! Thanks for listening, man. It was a lot of fun to put together! More to come...

:D The rampage continues... More musical reign of terror Seriously, though it's a fun tune I thought I'd slam it together for y'all. Y'know, 'cause we're all so happy! And together.... I even put a solo in, but the high up notes are kind of a bit tricky to get happening. My damn RH feels like it's i...

This one was a fun one to go over. The cost? About an hour. I skipped the Mordents, but I think it's still not too bad for the time invested and considering the beginner-noob-hack playing it... Poor Bach, 'ole J.S. is freaking right out hahaha Anyways, enjoy. The "Musical Reign of Terror" ...

Forty years, six thousand instruments and not one solid reader. There is something profoundly wrong with that. Mad Monk. Time to revisit this thread, here's hoping Mad Monk comes back, I do have a few questions for him.. One, one (working towards being a) solid reader. Getting better every day, too...

Hey Jayesskerr, very cool arrangement of Black Hole Sun, love the intriguing bass/chordal counterpoint to the melody. Thank you for sharing. I presently do not own a Stick (yet), but I am absorbing all of the information and musical inspiration I can while I prepare to get my first Stick. Thank you...

I messed with this App using a VG Strat. Just a 1/4" cable plugged in to my Focusrite Scarlett PC interface, USB out direct to the iPAD. The Midi Guitar 2 App runs on the iPAD and allows the guitar to trigger any Synth App on the iPAD with no special pickup or cables. Plus there is a PC versio...

So I watched the video. And then I tried grooving with the metronome on beats 2 and 4. It's hard. But it kind of clicks after a bit, and it wasn't that difficult unless I started thinking about it, like when you're jogging up a flight of stairs and you suddenly try to actually notice where each foo...

It was interesting, I dug out my railboard and tried to play through this tune. It was doable, but very, very weird. I am so accustomed to my 12 string that it was downright alien to play! I tried matched reciprocal tuning, but you know mirrored 4ths keeps things on the bass side a lot closer togeth...
