Welcome! I'm also in the Detroit metro area, as our a few of us, like MichNS (Steve) said. And there's Steve Osborn in Ann Arbor at Oz's Music to look up. Best of luck and rock it out!

I'm beginning to sound like a broken record. About once a year I take a stab and converting my rig to be entirely computer based. Each time I get a little closer before going back to my old rig and wondering "what was I thinking" . So here we go again. After listening to a night of Antoin...

I used "Trunk" in my latest video production, an animation called "Melty Kleins." I'm using some new features of Mandelbulber, that only exist in the development version. I'm testing something called Boolean Primitives, which allows me to take what would be a water plane, and int...

Awesome, Scott! I was totally messing with you about endings, but this one was great. I didn't get the Meow Mix flavor from it though. And some of the world's greatest songwriting are jingle writers. Barry Manilow, Randy Newman, heck, Justin Timberlake wrote that McDonald's jingle "Bah dah, duh...

Adds by popular demand, here is the raw and dry tracks, straight from the Harpejji to digital tape, no EQing, no compression, no effects. I merely normalized the tracks slightly (which did nothing for the treble side and added a couple Db to the bass side, which probably was a tiny bit low to avoid ...

Thanks, guys! I appreciate all of the comments and feedback. I see I need to pop into the tracks in my DAW and just turn off all the plugins and let you hear the same tune raw right out of the Harpejji. I'm out of room at Soundcloud, so I might just have to make a video just for Stickist. Let me see...

Very harpsichord-like. Is that just EQ settings? I noticed Cory Henry gets a less strident tone. Are there pickup options like a Stick? Or is it just the piezo thing that's available? No pickup options that I’m aware of. But I’ve messed a bit with the stock sound. Give me at least more than the 8 m...

Ah, I should have noted: I’ve been playing through an amp for the week and only just last night plugged it into Pro Tools and started recording. I used many of my Stick plugins and settings on it but have not even started on dialing in a sound best for it. I thought about having a section of the “cl...
