Me too. I played a friend's wedding about 2 years ago in a very loud room, a great opportunity.
This article really spells out the high drummers get from playing and playing with other people - an informative read. |

Giancarlo. Wicked good. I had tried 7+5, a bit heavy on the melody side without all the chordal possibilities in the left hand so it never stuck.
Then again, being a 12-string player never struck so perhaps I should bow out of this discussion... |
