Gradually getting more scratchy noise from my bass volume control when it's moved or lightly touched. The nut under the knob is spinning freely...I'm going to have to go in. Any tips? Do I just have to undo the Philips screws on the pickup? I guess the strings will have to come off? Also wondering i... |

I agree, I'm not really a fan of hearing bass from one side and highs from the other. If you're using large stage rigs with good monitoring, it's OK... With these smaller capacity speakers I definitely want to maximize what I'm getting out of each box. The Behringers do break up a bit when pushed ha... |

Yeah I avioded the trolley model. Telescopic handles and wheels on these things invariably break down, and I think they would be a pain to repair with the built-in version. |

I've got myself a pair too. OK I'll admit that I bought the second one partly for backup. One of these is easily sufficient for most battery powered uses, but it's nice to have a spare and stereo. Used mine on a handful of gigs now, in tandem with my AER on a busking session, plus Bluetooth for play... |

OK great :) I can run both channel and master controls at "12" without distorting my MPA, but mind you that's without any preamping, eq or boost in front. Can't foresee any situation where I'd want to push these speakers any further though... I find that almost any 1M Ohm (or higher) pedal... |

Hedges really has a lot to answer for...
But actually, I like his playing and the sound of this on a 4-string... good dynamics too. Michael Manring has covered most of this ground in the last 30 years or so, and the influence here is obvious too. |

It's easy to forget that many of the more celebrated tapping Stick and Teflon musicians, are not known for their performance of independent parts. If that was a criteria by which greatness was measured, many would be ineligible. It's all about the music, hey?
