Ordered strings. didn't show up in time for studio.(strings 1 yr. old) Guitarist said "no bass". String 9 died IN THE STUDIO. Engineer had bass w/ Da'Addario strings. (whoopee) Had to play Stick bass on bass. 4 passes. Engineer is flipping out how "on" I am. Asks me to come back ...

If it came from S.E. a month ago it should be PERFECT. If there's something you think is wrong phone S.E. directly. I actually talked to Grace this week when ordering strings. (Emmett's daughter and Stick setter-upper)

I just wanted to show that it is indeed possible to build one's repertoire up in more compressed timeframes. See "What bass riffs are you working on this week?" post. Nothing succeeds like pressure...I'm bassically learning material that I can't play (yet) whether it's 2 hand independence...
