| RandO .! You're a scream bruv. :lol: I noticed two more things this morning. Starting bass lines with the 3rd finger to 2 - 1 etc, really helps to unlock the tension in the fingers. Second thing is if I bring my hands straight down over the strings as opposed to clamping down on the bass hand, then ... |

| I've started today by going straight to greg's DVD . It occurred to me straight away, that it's easy to forget about how much energy I can get out of hand movement. Iv'e definitely been using more downward tapping energy than is necessary and I can feel the impact on my whole upper body musculature.... |
