Really good points, Gene! Thanks for posting, definitely some stuff to think about... I spent some time going back and forth in the tunings last night, and while mirrored 4ths offers a nice, tight, 4 frets for 4 fingers type of mentality on the bass side, my wrist is pretty bent regardless of where ... |

Then I got my Railboard which was in RMR (Sounded great) I then took some lessons with Steve A, and then I changed it to MR, still sounded all right, but I eventually changed it to Classic, and let it there until I got my 12 String, wh... |

An impressive work. Thanks so much for working with me, and introducing me to a bunch of new music along the way. I, for one would love to see more folks collaborate. Heck, most peeps on this forum have recording software, we all have the internet... I bet there might be some interesting sounds... I... |

It just goes to show you that often times, there is more opportunity than one might realize, and it's closer than you think. Gotta create your own reality sometimes, eh? Everybody likes music, especially when it's played by people as talented as you! Sounds like you had a good time, Greg. I played o... |

You know, stomp boxes have really become popular these days... And I find it interesting how many different manufacturers there are. For me, 2 brands pretty much cover it. Boss and Electroharmonix. The Boss stuff is pretty much indestructible, and a discerning ear can "dial it in". Wampler... |

But- there is a looper that I think is really amazing and that is the Boss RC 505. it slices, dices, reverses and has five tracks . Each track can be independent or synched. Also each track can be set to different bar lengths so short tracks or long tracks or in between. And you can save 99 5 track s... |

Awesome post, Hitman. So true... Yeah, if you want to make money, and work steadily you have to treat it as an entrepreneurial endeavour. Business of music. If not, you are screwed. Go to where they gather... The good news is that music is everywhere, and people love to listen to people who can play... |

I've tried taking out the extras 's'. I'm not sure why this isn't working.? Here it is if anyone wants a crack. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2t5Ze28UOc Good video! Hi Andy, I admit that I am a loop fanatic and oddly like Scott I have a drawer full of old looping devices that I don't use that much...But- there is a looper that I think is really amazing and that is the Boss RC 505 :geek:. it slices, dices, reverses and has five tracks . Each track can be in... |
