Thank you for everything Emmett. I really didn't like the "mega" banners on my myspace page. I didn't know that there was anything that could be done about it. But then, when it comes to "knowing how to get things done" both musically and as a innovator and visionary You are in ... |

Hi Everyone, I'm really hoping to help this organization raise some funds. As an added incentive, I'd like to offer a free CD to any string tappers who come out to the show. Just bring a picture of yourself with your Stick or other tapping instrument to trade to the merch folks for a free Stick Figu... |

I got Greg Howard's Stick Book with my Stick, and am delighted with the progress I've made - thanks to the book! I've found it well written, VERY informative, and easy to follow. In my two weeks I've made it up to the Renaissance Lute Melody, and can *almost* play it without messing up too badly at... |

At least, one of the best Stick players from France is on MySpace. Check him out : http://www.myspace.com/youennlandreau He's a bit shy to make the annoucement by himself, I think... ;) Youenn is a great musician, and a really nice fellow. In case you missed it he was the subject or an artist featu... |

MichNS wrote: I disagree - definitely in the spirit of the topic. What you put a lot of effort into regardless of how little or much money used, often repays itself in the future in ways unexpected.
I also try to invest in the Stick community as much as I can. The payoff is in the music I get to hear. |

Thanks for the info Greg & congratulations to Japhlet. Cheers, Andy You're welcome, Andy. One of my favorite things about what I do is listening to Stick CDs, and hearing how the art of playing the instrument and recording it is evolving. As a "self-producer," I really admire what he'... |

Hi, I was wondering if there are any devices out there that have the same routing options as the Stepabout?! I play NS/Stick and don't really need the preamp capabilities of the Stepabout. But a stomp box with the same routing capabilities would be nice. Many thanks in advance! I don't think there ... |
