I have a question about the sound of the Stick... I notice that all of the recordings that I hear, there is what I call the "stick sound". It has a brillance and shimmer to it. And when you hear a recording, you KNOW that it is a Stick... For some reason, I have never had that "sound&...

As a bassist, I have been using the Aquilar, however I am thinking of getting rid of it and buying either two Fishman solo's and a loud box, or maybe a Coda to go with them... Eventually I would like to get a Stepabout... Again many thank...

Rob, Steve Thank you for your reply... I have a question, I mostly play bass & Stick w/ jazz fusion and world music players... We do not play at real high volume levels, and I was wondering if the CODA would give me the bottom that I like... As i stated above, I would probably run bass/bass side...

Nils, very nice playing and composition... I listen a lot to players from the "North Country", Eberhard Weber, Eivind Aarset, E.S.T. , Nils Petter Molvaer, Bugge, Jan Garbarek etc...there is a depth and spaciousness that almost reflects the landscape of Scandinavia... The Midnight Sun, the...

Wanted to say that I just picked up this gear and it sounds amazing... Got rid of my big, heavy bass rigs... The sound and separation is breath taking. Yes, I have GAS, hopefully, this will calm me down for a while.

Jan, greetings... I have not played out with them yet, however, I plan to use the Loud Box for the bass end, and run melody through one Solo and the vg-99, Gr-33 and Roland HP-15 through the other... That is my plan, anyway... how are things in Sweden? I love Stockholm, I was there briefly visiting ...

yes, I have been a bass player for well over 30 years... I am used to feeling and moving "air". However, as of late, I have decided to dedicate myself to Stick only... And in doing so, besides the fun and excitement of "new" gear (G.A.S.) I wanted a rig small and lite to travel. ...

Congrats on your new NS... I play a bamboo grand, and am thinking of getting an NS like yours... How is the sound? Do you get that "MMMWWWAAAA" that one can get on a fretless bass? How about that mid-range "burp" ie, back pick up on a Fender jazz? The instrument is just beautiful...
