I'd like to take a moment and say how much I love my ash Stick. The porous feel of the open grain and the beautiful waves in the wood. When I order another one, you better believe it's gonna be ash! Dyed purple. mmmmmm

My Warr is swamp ash... nice. I really think it's a perfect wood for instruments.

Anyone had a chance to compare the sonic impact of Ash vs Bamboo? My Bamboo SG-12 keeps impressing me every day and I'm wondering; can Ash be as good? Ash indeed looks great.

Oh man... I love ash! I have several basses with ash bodies, it's just a fantastic looking and sounding wood. Besides, when you're surrounded by vampires, it's great to have an ash stick available
