Post FredTap videos
Happy New Year to everyone!

I put up the videos for the original tunes I did at FredTap in Nov. 2008, warts and all:

Intro/One Cloud
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a99w6P8wIqs

Noodle Soup
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMRjV7wE0xs

Conscious Stream/Outro
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A-uk7ZcEmUQ

These sort of reflect the minimalist approach I've been using in live performances lately, and the lack of effects like delay and volume swells resulted in a bit of re-arranging in places (compared to other recordings of the tunes). The videos also reflect the tempo rushing that can occur when adrenaline is involved!

Thanks to Greg for the video footage.

Rob,

You're the only person I know who would cut out the roaring applause at the end of your live performance tunes. Too modest, sir!

It's so great to watch all the movement in your left hand and the way you embellish the chords and flow from one to the other. And your tunes are just really nice to listen to. Frankly, you played way better than I did that night.

Thanks for posting them.

Really nice, Rob. You're getting smoother by the minute, dude. You look nice and relaxed; very much in your element. I liked the intro for "One Cloud". It really set the mood for what was to come. Your one of the guys who always lights that fire under my butt to keep challenging myself. I salute you. -Matt
