Re: SG12 Is Here
Hey Rob, how mad would you be if I picked one up identical to yours? I thought I should ask first hahaha Mine will be in mirrored 4ths, though!

Re: SG12 Is Here
I wouldnt be mad at all. I toyed with mirrored 4ths but thought I would try Classic with high bass 4th. Im sorry if Ive caused you or anyone else to want to get one. They are sweet. I love mine. Its a different animal altogether. Unlike having a 10 and 12 string railboard where the range is the same but maybe have a few more options for finger placment. I look at it akin to having a piccolo trumpet and a regular trumpet or flugelhorn or a C trumpet. All sound nice but have very different roles.
I see using the SG in jazz solo settings and for classical music. Full arrangments on my Railboard or if Im doing a gig and there is no bass player using the railboard.
if you pull the trigger what colours would you get?

if you pull the trigger what colours would you get? lol Literally exactly like yours, Rob! Open black hip shot tuners and pasv4. I'll get a hardshell case and a LapDawg as well. hehehe I'll be pulling the trigger once I get back from my next "10 days on" schedule. I just want high notes, really, really high notes! hahaha

Re: SG12 Is Here
Getting blue inlays too? Mine took a day over 6 months to come in. Stickwait wasnt the same as the first one although once I got the tracking number I started getting Stickmas Excited like Santa was coming soon. I have video of an unboxing but not sure if it will see the light of day. I have to look at footage and see what its like.

Congrats! The SG12 is my only Stick and I love it too. I love the sound you are getting from it and I’m looking forward to hearing more from it.
