The video also deals with why you want to be able to play any key in adjacent positions, not just assigning a certain location to a key just because it fits a certain fingering orientation.

Train and be flexible, it will open doors...

Good stuff Greg. I’ve been going through these vids you’ve posted here of late. Always something to learn.
In particular the forward motion I see when you strike a melody note, something (among many things) I need to focus on.

So glad you’ve posted these here.....I bet newbies are as well.
