Unnamed Lands has been nominated for "Best Concept Album" in the 13th annual Independent Music Awards. This means two things.. first a panel of industry judges will decide our fate for one award, but there is also another award they call "Vox Pop" where anyone can vote.

Califa St. is a block away. Used to play bicycle games there as a kid. Never knew the connection with California (not a Spanish word). Columbus discovers India and explorers push westward in search of Califa, mythical Queen of an Asian Island. (Did I finally get it right, Tom?)

Nice choice of bass notes on those lush chords. Atmospheric playing with Hedges like slapped harmonics and clean fingerpicking. It says there's supposed to be stars next to your listing to vote on it but they never show up no matter how many times I reload the page. So, I can't vote for you. Sorry.

Easy registration proccess too! But, I had a bit of a problem finding the 'Concept Album' page as it wasn't in the sidebar menu. Had to cut & paste your link Tom, to get it to come up.
