This a two parter. I am a new member and was attempting to enter my birthdate in my profile. The date field only scrolls down as far as the 12th. The year field scrolls but the date field does not. Also, I read in FAQ that there is a such thing as user groups. Yet I am not able to view them for some reason. Is that because I am a trial member as I am new? Do I have limited visibility on the site? thank you, Alberto |

You may be confusing month/ day fields |

No. I am able to select August as the month but in the date field it only scrolls down as far as 12. BTW i am using Chrome as my browser if that makes any difference. When i attempted logging in with Firefox I could not even click on any of the links so I switched to Chrome. |

I double checked, all is working. I didn't see any names of months as an option, just 1-12; the day field is to the left and I can scroll to 31. I'm using Chrome. Usergroups are what you create in your own profile to cluster your own interests. All new registered users have full access to the entire site/forums. Welcome aboard! |

Thank you Manny. You are correct. I was able to enter my birthdate. As for part 2 of my question, why do I seem to not be able to see user groups? thank you |

There's just one usergroup, Registered Users, which is the default. I was in err, I'm the only one who can create usergroups. |
