24 JUN 2022 status: New User registration with Admin approval intermittently turned off to deal with spammers & spambots creating new accounts. FYI: FEB 11, 2022 - JUN 24, 2022, over 700 suspicious new user accounts were not activated, deleted, and some IP blocked. |

I don’t know how easy it is to do , but some forums have an easy question you have to answer to join like “what is the first name of the inventor of the stick” In order to join. Cuts down on the trash accounts. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro |

It's the overseas cheap human labor who's entering. After seeing so many of these over time, one gets pretty good at spotting spammer usernames and email addys. When in doubt, I check their IP's and domains. Still a nuisance like paper cuts. |
