Every morning (at least) I routinely go through my admin panel and ban new user spam accounts, activate accounts and/or deal with User flagged posts, etc. Wednesday 3-3-21 @ 7a over coffee, did my Stickist.com routine. And bam, some time after, site is down with MySQL database connection error; dreaded database issues. That and a PHP issue with another one of my sites (biz, file directory PHP script). After working on this over the last 20-hours via my webhost admin control panel and working with tech support, finally got all working a few minutes ago (3-4-21, ~2p). I apologize for the site being down. Good thing nothing was corrupted or lost; lots of great content archived in the forums. //Manny BTW: New user registration is still set to Admin approval (me) due to the high spammer activities. Donation made. Same thing about not being able to put my username in notes. Thanks for all you do to maintain this site. I originally thought this site was taken down by Q-Anon militia-type agitators as part of the 3/4 uprising. Looks like there was no attack against the tapping community |
