 outbox...???

Post outbox...???
why when i send PM to someone the message stay in "outbox" and non in "sent message"??

I found this info on the following website;

Apparently, PMs in phpBB work differently than email. PMs will remain in your Outbox until the recipient has read them, then they get moved into the Sent folder.

...and sometimes the recipient may see (& even respond to) the email copy, never looking at the PM itself, so it stays in the outbox till you delete it.
