Post Alien Abduction Cases
Ya....this thread is out there, I know, go ahead....laugh,....but I've got no music to post lately.
Other than my job and playing Stick, this is my other pastime....studying little grey men.

There are some real mind benders out there if you choose to look into it. Ya it takes some time but I believe its better than watching Family Guy or Jersey Shore reruns.

If you share my fascination with this topic, have a look on the interwebs for these particularly shocking, freaky abduction cases.

Pascagoula Case
Allagash Case
Travis Walton Case

Theres many more, but these ones involve multi witnesses.

I want to believe....

cheers,
Mulder

As Mulder says, "I want to believe," and man, I want to believe in aliens so badly. But I also want to believe in psychic mind powers--I really do--and thus I demand an incredible level of proof from anyone who's messing with my hopes and dreams. Same for Bigfoot and the Yeti and Nessie. I don't mean to lump all this together, but let's call it "the X-files." I want every bit of the Grays and all that to be true because it's great drama, but I also would prefer to not be anally probed or vivisected either.

So, I'm The World's Biggest Skeptic, because I'm the world's biggest fan of this stuff. I'd love to think that Area 51 is hiding more than just our super-secret jet technology. I know that the government would also like you to think that--and that's a true mind-fuck, there, if you'll pardon my Swahili. Our government would prefer for us to believe in a grand conspiracy about hidden aliens and their tech, rather than knowing that we're building a new spyplane. THAT'S some counter-intuitive, mind-blowing stuff. Maybe they WANT you to think that they WANT you to think that there's aliens there, and there really IS no testing of our latest human-developed designs. :ugeek:

But I suspect that the mundane is the answer for Area 51. The US government is really, really bad at keeping secrets, particularly ones that stretch across different political parties' administrations. But maybe THEY (whoever THEY are) don't tell the Presidents either!

Man, I love this stuff, but it's firmly fiction in my head, because I WANT TO BELIEVE!!!

Cheers, Kev--you'll make a great pet when our overlords come back!

I get that about the proof. I also am a somewhat of a sceptic too. But even if one case out of 10,000 is true, that makes the whole phenomenon true.

I'm at work--working for the government, deep in the bowels of Warehouse 13--and I couldn't post that Porno for Pyros video. Kevin you came through for me!

You're right, though, it only takes one case to be real to be life-changing and mind blowing. We may have had multiple visits from multiple different interested parties--with multiple, competing agendas.

But according to reputable sources (MiB): "We're not hosting an intergalactic kegger down here!"

I've never been abducted by aliens but I did have my first colonoscopy yesterday, so I feel like I can identify :P

I do love me some conspiracy theories. Except when they keep me up at night.

Like all that squawking about Nibiru a few months back, and now it turns out that there just maybe be a real Planet X (or IX depending on how you count)

Alan, Aliens do those for free, no appointment necessary. Like a walk in clinic....

cheers,

Yea good stuff. Also, take note of natural DMT release as a possibility. Even in group settings its possible (but super weird) to have a "trip" that may be real or other dimensional.

Did people at dead shows ever see ufo's? I know at disco biscuits shows there are mass sightings regularly, but they roast DMT(not natural kind) and acid hardcore. So I think that is an 'other dimension' ufo thing.

Also: Look at Billy Meir case, he's the photo madman in I think switzerland. Great stuff, he wrote tons of "contact notes". And he made a cult that is still going string today and it started in the 70's! I think the cult is harmless besides mind tripping them.

Cheers

The one account that always took my interest was Betty and Barney Hill. The star map that Betty drew based on what the aliens showed her has had some experts say it's just a random pattern, while others say it's a real star system discovered in the early seventies, long after the incident happened. If that's true, there's no way she could have drawn that out of her imagination. The Wikipedia article is pretty good if you haven't seen that one.

I have a hard time even trying to watch some of those "Ancient Aliens" on the History Channel. When they tried saying the Titans/Greek legends were real and that they had to be aliens, I really question what they were smoking. Recenlty saw a youtube vid debunking their claims about Puma Punku (sp?). Appears they over estimated the weight of those stones by some serious tonnage, and the fancy scientific name they said the stones are made of translates to sandstone. Something that ancient cultures could have easily cut with precision and light enough to move. No aliens made those.

With the Betty and Barney Hill incident, you can at least look at the star map and see what the various scientists diagree about, and make a decision for yourself if it's made up or real.

Ya the Hill story is a good one...the first documented case really.

Ancient Aliens is fodder......Everything unexplained on that it seems "must be aliens"

The Pascagoula case in my mind is outstanding. Lots of stuff on youtube about it. Thing about this case is, while being interviewed by police, Hickson and Parker were being secretly taped by the sherriff. Sherriff leaves the room for a bit in hopes that the two men reveal the truth on tape. Instead they go on about the incident and its details between themselves.

Hickson has spoken publicly about it for years but Parker kinda went into hiding. The case is absolutely terrifying when you listen to Hicksons account.

Cool stuff..

cheers,
kev
