Just wrapped up about an hour of non-Stick music making that turned out really incredible. I blew the dust off my old Roland Juno-60, ran it into my computer, and ran it through a combination of new Valhalla reverbs/shimmers as well as the Mobius Looper. From there I just fired it up and started feeding the loop tweaking the sounds on the fly. The sounds of the late 70s, early 80s oscillators through the Valhalla reverbs was nothing short of fabulous. After quite a while there was just this wall of Juno sounds coming out of my speaker and in the end I just stopped and listened for a while. I should have started recording at some point but, alas, it was a one shot that is now lost. Great great fun though! |
