So I spent some time in Portugal and real fado bars (not for tourist). All the time I'm impressed by how this culture is alive and how Portuguese people in all age can come to consciously plunge into melanholy. Ps. Funny fact: the day they decided to put my photo up in the entrance mural with the all the musicians of old was the day I left the bass behind and focused on the stick.
