Post Practice,
...practice, practice. It's what we do. To dovetail ReyStick: Tell Me Why-Neil Young popped in my head in the middle of the night so I've been working on that and I've got a nice acoustic sound on my DBR 12 w/ the PASV4 in bridge position full-open tone setting, I hafta go to the electronics store 'cause I broke the mini plug on my headphones (now playing w/ Klipsh earphones) and I'll see if I can find the triple-plug for my Motophone. That will get me closer to posting a vid w/ great sound resolution. I won't do a smartphone mic 'cause I don't believe they do the Stick justice. Happy Tappy stay safe and inspired...

A lot of people talk about getting a second Stick and this for me might be my reason why... the acoustical qualities of the big passive. I could swing for a drop-in PASV4, but why not add the 12 strings and the red inlays? Hehe

Oh yes, sorry this was a thread about practice, right

(Always interesting to hear about your experience with DBR, btw.)

OK here we go on a tangent...
I'm just having a ball w/ the PASV4 right now. Doing the DBR thingy I've always gone w/ the double pu's sound. Now Neil Young popped in my head, I screwed around w/ a preset on my PODX3 (ancient noisy technology) and the bridge pu's and even in DBR I've got (to my ears) this cool acouSticky sound. I mean, I didn't EXPECT IT. Go figure. I keep finding cool sounds...
And I have the ACTV2 also - that was an additional addition, I wanted the Kevin Keith sound and was bored w/ the PASV4. Just shows me, the more I
mess with what I have, the more I like what I have.
What I'm sayin' is, don't be dissappointed, (or wish you had gotten a different option) with what you got. What you got - A STICK - is a lot!
