Steve, thank you for putting out such a great book and answering my one burning question. About 6 light bulbs went off in my head after just reading your book! Having said that, I have an entire bookshelf of books that failed to advance me with any other instrument I play. I just don't do the book learning thing very well at all.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for the Stickology book/DVD, your explanation of how to approach the bass side of the Stick has just sunk in and TOTALLY blown my mind!!! Even though I read the theoretical explanation of the consistency of the 4ths and 5ths before, the way you described it on the DVD really nailed it for me and it's changed my understanding and approach to the bass side completely!

Um, yes, I do feel a bit stupid and thick for taking so long to "get it", but who cares, it's a huge revelation for me and that's far more important!
