Nothing more simple and enjoyable like the pleasure of riding a bicycle:

Seriously, it's an outlet very much connected with music for me, I tend to like associating images with music. Most of what I actually do with music is making music for my own cycling vids. And I've been able to see some really interesting places by bike I wouldn't see otherwise. Keeping a cadence is one thing common to music and cycling, makes for some fresh rhythm training.

That's one serious looking bike. Looks like a motorcycle without the motor.

You'd be surprised how easy it is to pedal. A great go-anyhwere bike. This year fatbikes have really taken off in the lower 48, as well as Australia and the UK. I bought both of those from the guys that designed them in Alaska. Both frames are American made, with components mostly from US and the UK. The tires and a couple of drivetrain components are from overseas.

So what's that, a rigid frame and forks with 3" tyres? looks fun, but don't those tyres get a bit draggy on dirt?

The great thing about mountain biking is that things happen quicker than walking or running so you have to concentrate, which I find really clears the mind of extraneous crap like the credit card bill and The Birdy Song.

Floats right over dirt, the tires are just under 4" wide. Rim weight hinders acceleration, but the tires are thinner than DH tires. A DH bike has far more drag as they normally have thick reinforced tread.

Walks are great. Cleaning horse stalls is even better. Very meditative

Greg! Anytime you'd like to clean our stalls here in VA Beach, give me a shout! There's so much horse puckey on our farm, I'm sure there's a religious experience in there, somewhere. ;)
