I too like Jan's Uke playing. He plays with his ears - always in the way the instrument sounds best, which doesn't necessarily correlate with the traditional fast-playing-ukelele-music approach

Anyone else here subscribed to Jan Laurenz' YouTube channel? Check out his recent ukulele vids - I think the prodigious multi-instrumentalist might have found his true calling. Always enjoyed his Stick and guitar playing, but the uke stuff is really something else. Google him! Cheers, Andy |
