Finally had a chance to spin this one in its entirety.

I love Porcupine Tree. Some albums really touched me more than others. My favorites (not particularly in order) were "In Absentia", "Fear of a Blank Planet", and "Lightbulb Sun".

My reaction to this new work was a bit of a mixed bag. Some stretches really knocked me out and then other stretches left me a little bored. The band is phenomenal. There is some brilliant playing going on across the board.

Well worth the listen. I still put the previously mentioned PT records above this one though.
