 FZ does LZ I don't know if anyone remembers laughter or not, but does anyone remember when Frank Zappa and band played "Stairway to Heaven" by Zep? I heard a recording of it once, but saw the video on youtube just now. I believe FZ was poking fun at them, though it is still a good performance. No time to post the video now, look it up for yourselves.

Re: FZ does LZ I saw Zappa on the 1988 tour; the "Broadway the Hard Way" album came out of that tour. I did indeed witness the playing of "Stairway to Heaven" complete with sound effects, and the horn section playing the guitar solo absolutely note-for-note. It was an absolutely BRILLIANT piece of iconoclastic fun.
