Post For Yes fans
Hi Yes Fans.

Here's pt1 of a very long Yes doc. Part 2 is easily available so I wont post it here.
I really loved this band in my teens and twenties and still listen to their older stuff from time to time.
Enjoy.

cheers,
kev

Awesome. I've been a huge fan since I was 12. This was cool to watch. Thanks!

Hi Kev, thanks for sharing this. I've been a fan since I bought The Yes Album back in 1972 and must have seen them live a dozen times. Still listen to them and still love the music as much as I did when I was a teenager.

Marc.

Wow, what a documentary! Watching right now, definitely worth sleeping one and a half hour less this night. So fun to hear all those guys speak about that period in London. If I every come across a time machine I will set the controls for The Speakeasy -72 :-)

Is the remix worth it? I loved Aqualung's remix but then again the original album sounded like it was recorded through a potato.

Who can't love Yes? I mean really!

Andy,

I really like the remix a lot. Everything seems more balanced, some buried parts pop out now. The surround mix mostly adds space.

Great post this! I didn't know this documentary existed and now I'm about to watch part 2 of it. Yesterday I listened to Wilson's Close to the Edge mix and when waking up I listened through Relayer before jumping into the shower - what a day!!! :-) Squire's Rickenbacker bass lines and Howe's Telecaster double-stop runs kept echoing through my head all day.

Excellent! Related question: has anyone ever tried "The Fish" (both parts) on the Stick? That would be bad**s!
