 Wendezeit - Mathias Sorof - Composition for Chapman Stick Wow, again. The universe has given us two Stick compositions today! Mathias is one of the un-crossed stars of the Stick. Does anyone know his tuning? This is a really interesting piece. Very different from André's, but seems to also be on a virtuoso level. But boy does that uncrossed tuning looks uncomfortable.

The crossed playing hand position was one of appeals of the Stick for me. I'm an old computer guy and I can play the Stick with great comfort. -Eric

Re: Wendezeit - Mathias Sorof - Composition for Chapman Stic He does a fantastic version of Bach's Blurred in E minor too. This piece shows the benefits of a classical training. Its also another example of the many possibilities that exist with the Stick.
