I've been enjoying this book very much. I'm currently reading the comparative chapter about Bill Evans and Keith Jarrett, which focuses a lot on physical attitudes while performing.

Performing is so physically demanding. We sometimes forget that it's also a sacred dance and we have to be physically fit to pull it all off.
