Happy Birthday, George, you were taken from us far too young. I live about 30 mins from his house, Friar Park in Henley-on-Thames, and have walked past the gates many times. He used to drive his sports car round the country lanes here, and was loved by everyone he touched. Far and away the best Beatle in so many ways, I'm sure wherever he is he enjoyed Davids' arrangement of his classic song. -Marc- |
