plus... Doobie Brothers "Black Water" call and response viola solo with Pat Simmons on the middle part! and before that she hailed from right here in Pittsburgh as "Chunky, Novi and Ernie" with their hit "Don't Wanna Hurt Cha for Another Guy" Chunky aka Ilene Rappaport became Lauren Wood who had some radio airplay with a duet with Michael McDonald. and now with Larry Tuttle! good to see she moved up! very proud of Novi! I used to see her perform around the coffee house and showcase club scene here in L.A. in the mid/late 70s - around the first time I saw Emmitt play Stick. |
