Flying 8 miles high returning to nyc and feeling even higher. Inspired by all of the teachers and stickists that made FHA 2014 an extraordinary experience. Our teachers: Emmett, Tony, Greg, Bob, Steve, Dale, Larry, Kevin, Don, Gary, and especially Gene, a master host. Thanks all.

Right on, Harry. The last day, I was thinking "Wow, we went through all of this amazing teaching and collaboration, and nothing bad happened. This is a true miracle." Truly an experience of a lifetime.

Thanks Tony - so glad we got a chance to meet and hang out. Breakfast with Tony was pretty cool, check you out next to him - I love that you are rocking a shaka - keep that FHA aloha going as long as you can braddah!

Landed early this morning, hopped in the car and drove another 2 1/2 hours home from the airport, and promptly went to sleep.

Such a great experience all around. Steve commented at the event on the high quality of the players attending and I must agree. Even the younger players who were just getting started had a lot to say on the instrument.

I'll write more later, but just wanted to express my thanks to Gene, Emmett, Steve, and all the other attendees who were there from the Stickist.com community, some even traveling from other hemispheres.

Thanks to Manny for providing this place for us to make such great connections.

I was going to start a thread along these same lines, but hey...if it's been done well already...
It's about 8:30pm EST here, got home about 2.5 hours ago, and I'm exhausted, but I'm having a really hard time tearing myself away from the computer because I wanna get through the 915 (that's the final count) pictures I took these past 10 days! I also will be getting everyone's email address (who managed to write it down on the paper, or gave me a business card) into a distribution list, so as pix get posted, you'll hear about it via email first, and then I'll post announcements here.
Some pictures I took were a little personal, and were of nice little moments between people (I'm trying to get more of those moments in my photography). Those I will NOT be posting for the mass public to see, but I WILL be attempting to send them directly to the people I captured on "film".
Anyway, exhausted or not, I'm high as a kite. THANK YOU EVERYONE!

Yeah, let's let Tony's thread be the marker. Robin or I can make the list available to you.

Did you see the pic David took of you telling Emmett the joke? It is one I will treasure for years to come!

Great meeting you and Jen, what a lucky man you are to have her in your life. She brightened up the place.

Hey Gene,
Thanks for confusing me with Tony (fellow nycityer) as he is much cuter than I. And many thanks to you and Robin for the outstanding gift of a superior experience. And even though you charged me twice, it was still worth it. You wrangled us an incredible batch of teachers.

Harry ( the non- Tony)
