So it seems there are a few elements required to make this more than just one nice guy and one lucky kid: 1) Visible Foundation so that musical kids can know where to apply and charitable people can know where to give 2) Screening criteria for delivery 3) Some amount of associated lessons from a major teacher Any thoughts? |

Maybe a scholarship type system would be a good idea? Show accomplishments and desire to branch out to the Stick and assist based on financial need |
