Post A Stick, A Thimble and some fuzz...
YARP!
:D Just having some fun. Nothing too serious... A thimble on the RH pinky forces me to do some 3 finger stuff, and the fuzz basically destroys anything in it's path. Blues rocking it out, dudes. Made it up as I went, not sure why the hell a makeup video is posted after mine, perhaps it's youtube's way of telling me I'm ugly...

Hmmm, not sure. I think he did maybe break a string, but I’m not sure why haha I can’t remember. Truthfully, I am less concerned about breaking a string than I am about the “deadly fuzz tone of doom” unearthing something Lovecraftian from the depths of etc etc (Fuzz can do that, y’know?)

That's a pretty cool technique. I can see the possibilities of something like that, and obviously with the blues. Blues guitarists love to slide all sorts of stuff over strings.

I'll have to go through the wife's sewing drawer this weekend and steal a thimble and try it out. Looks fun!

Digging the experiment!

Of course Don Schiff has his own version of the stick slide.

(starts a 1:32)

:) Lol I have no idea who that is... hopefully it's good and not just a way to say "Good Lord my son, you are terrible!"

Thanks for checking it out, guys. Just doing my own thing...

Well, I can't unhear that. That was bloody horrible... I really, don't see how what I do is anything like that? Maybe it is. Lol Sweet Jesus I hope not...

Actually, I am kind of insulted... I know I am not a very good Stick player, so I guess somebody has to be the brunt of the joke, eh? Ah well. In my defence I have never once said I was any good. I am glad I entertained you, though hehe worth a laugh.

lol maybe a "Dear Scott, quit torturing us with your stupid posts (especially the music ones), thanks the management" thread would have been in order... :D
