Hi everyone, after concentrating more on my bass playing lately, I grabbed my stick again.

Vey nice. Your 6 strings bass is a beauty. I thought it was another Only You (The Platters - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FygIKsnkCw). This song is also really beautiful. I had a project in the '80s about writing a big band arrangement and finally I never did it... Nice job...congrats... |

Thanks a lot, Jay and Alain!! Yes, I'm very happy with this bass. It's a Marleaux Consat bass, special build for me. I visited Gerald Marleaux at his workshop in Germany to choose the woods for the bass and found that fantastic top! It's Tuned E A D G C F ( from low to high). The same as the bass side of my stick. |

Thanks, Mike! I had a lot of fun making that video. I sell T-Shirts with my logo on my website and got 5 new colors from the shop a few days before. So I gave "every player" a different T-Shirt.

Really nice cover - I like the "different players" thing. Your version reminds me more of the original Yaz/Yazoo recording (my favorite version) than the Flying Pickets' cover. |
