"What the Pyramid Guards" features Railboard #6965 on bass and melodies during the bridge. Signal chain is just EQ (mainly treble roll-off), then heavy compression and limiting. The chops won't turn any heads, but it got the sound I wanted. I'm particularly happy with the bass, which used Tony Levin's time with Peter Gabriel as a reference point.

(To be clear, most of the song uses a regular five-string bass. The Railboard takes over during the bridge.)
