Hi, Walter.

That link does not work. I'm also trying to find your song on Facebook and can't see it anywhere. I like your music a lot and you have been an inspiration to me. Your comment on another thread about your music just drifting by, just ain't so!

OK, I found it! Go to this link:

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Walter-CaldwellDubyasee-Music/110106842343286

and the first tune on the page is "Changes". My problem was that I have a Flash blocker running and I had to turn it off before I could see the tune.

It's a nice tune with a great groove.

Got it thanks.

Thats really pretty cool. Kind of a psychedelic/americana feel.

Who are some of your compositional influences?

Thanks for the kind words and interest Brett. As old as I am, it would be difficult to list compositional influences. They are so many, they all seem to meld into a hodge-podge that is mine. Over the years I've tended toward tapioca jazz, blues, and reggae. The Police and Steely Dan were huge for me as well as the Beatles. I went through an acoustic period with Crosby, Stills etc as well as Dylan. Ive listened to Bach on pedal harpsichord, Watusi drums, Eric Clapton, Duke Ellington, Bert Jansch, Paul Horn, Buddy Emmons, Emmy Lou Harris, Wes Montgomery, and on and on... Lately, I've been trying to come up with slightly unique compositions within the confines of 12 blues changes. One album I really enjoyed in years past was Electric Flag's "Long Time Comin'".
