I posted an old clip, but its better (at least a little) than when i first started, I think this was only a few months into playing. I still haven't bought any of the books from SE or otherwise. I'm still having trouble with my left hand, which drives me crazy because I played guitar for 21 years b/f coming to stick. Which of the books out there offers the best info for hand independence? Hi Farmy,
Do you need a book? Maybe someday but you all ready have something much more powerful
and that is evident on your video. A musical spirit is hard to define so musicians play music
to give their spirits a place to go. But even when that energy is shrouded by a few small
doubts it can't help but shine. If you are asking I would say give yourself permission to
cut it loose. Make it so fun you can hardly put the thing down.

Trust, believe and be appreciative not just that you have such a beautiful instrument but
also that you have such a good sound. Let the music guide you

I agree with JRJ. Just keep practicing and the independence will come. If you're in a hurry though, I'd like to recommend my 'Stick eLessons' eBook. Its designed to develop hand independence and interdependence.

Pretty nice video, especially if you were new to the instrument when recording this video
After 6 years of practice, I still have many troubles to get independance between my two hands. I'd recommend to attend a seminar with a skilled players (Greg to not mention it, he will help you to fix the problems you may have).
