Five (!) new Stick videos posted
I don't want to spam this forum so I'm only linking in one video here. The rest can be watched at http://www.youtube.com/perboysen I think these videos might give a hint about what an SG-12 with PASV-4 can sound like, especially if played through a laptop. The other instrument I play is the Mobius looper that spins beside the pre amp stuff inside the laptop. Four channels of parallel live loops are instantly created, modified and remixed by using a MIDI pedalboard, the Gordius Little Giant 2, expanded with two expression pedals. Oh, I almost forgot to type that the music made here was mostly improvised on the spot.

That performance is just , and makes me regret even more that I couldn't come to your Paris show Your music is so different from the average loop music! And the sounds you could have from your laptop are just incredible!!! I must be a pain to program. Definitely not for me, I'll stay with my good old stompboxes BTW, congratulations. Waiting to listen some more!

Hails! Very cool chilled out music. I quite like your style so far. It is unique and you make some really interesting tones. Its all about the vibe, and you got it going on. It seemed like the loops were pretty well integrated too.

Per, this is very good and quite interesting. I've listening to you discuss your set up, its nice to see it in practice. Playing through mainstage is something I'd like to try, especially knowing you can get all these tones. Leeland

This style of improvisation means you create the background as much as the melodies as you go. That's the reason it sounds a bit "sloppy" here and there, since nothing is prepared in advance except for the (hopefully) gained experience to "safe up" half-assed musical situations (as you constantly mess up

Re: Five (!) new Stick videos posted
Often when effects are applied to Stick, the result loses the identity of the instrument, sounding much like a guitar (albeit one with a surprising range). However, in this case, the attack of the notes is clear and not only shows off the unique sound of the PASV4 and the Stick, but finds a music appropriate to these, making it a fascinating exploration. The result is enjoyable as music in its own right.
