Post I Remember Well
Hi All,

Here's another tune from yet another song writer friend, Darcy White. Last time I talked with him, he said, "What! You have a Chapman Stick? And you can play it?" He was so incredulous that I had a Stick and could possibly play it that I just had to record his song. He can decide for himself whether I can play it or not. ;)

So, I recorded this yesterday. There is too much reverb on my voice and played a little too fast, but hey, I'm not trying to win any awards here. :)

Anyway. Here it is for you amusement and critique.

Cheers,
Marty

Very nice Marty. Many times, when it looks easy and simple it's because the musician is really good...and you are. I always liked a lot your tone...on both...stick and voice. You get can my "award" of congrats...good job.

Marty,
Another winner and like Alain, you get my award for playing, perfrorming and posting P&W here!
Beautiful well composed song with good structure and nice transitions- even heard one diminished chord in there!

I am always amazed at how great you voice sounds ( big fan of reverb) and especially how natural the TC Helion tracks and sounds. really adds to the choruses.

Tell Darcy he gets the assist here! :D
thank you again for the great posts,
Dave Brosky "DBro"

Nice touch and tone. I like song and the changes too. Very nice. Very smooth. The world needs more singing Stick players. That's what's ultimately gonna bring the instrument to the fore in the awareness of the public. So step on out!
