I'm speechless. Hate to shoot down another person's work, but c'mon!

The funny thing is that they can actually do some R&D, add truss, adjustable bridge, hook, stereo option and offer an actually playable tapper in $500 range.

I'm assuming you clicked thru to see the other items he's selling? There are some rather , uh, interesting instruments... Probably not built well and more then likely won't last long - but interesting in any case....

Re: I did laugh when I saw it.
This seems like a small run (10 instruments) to test the waters. If they manage to sell them well, I guess they will refine it and they might achieve a reasonable instrument in the near future... Well this was somehow inevitable, it was just a matter of time.
Daniel.

Re: I did laugh when I saw it.
Perhaps for the 10-string bass - but he has 178 guitars listed with various quantities of each listed. Some of the designs are interesting though I don't know how functional they are (I don't know how one plays a Harp-guitar...suppose I could YouTube it...)

Re: I did laugh when I saw it.
Some crazy stuff for sure.
Chinese- Stick, Gibson, Fender and PRS copies,(lots of copyright infringements) plus quite a few exotics.
The PRS knockoffs even have the bird inlay fret markers.
Of any 2 of the same instruments, one may be perfectly playable, and the other may have a noodle neck and bad frets.
Also having shipped a Stick from the US to Australia, shipping a $350 guitar from China to the US, the shipping will cost as much, if not more than the guitar!

Let me guess ... another instrument 100% inspired by Jimmy Webster

Re: I did laugh when I saw it.
The click through to the other instruments looks like something out of a B Horror Movie - attack of the 2 (and 3) headed guitar monsters.
