Re: Streaming DVD sources?
You could always get a DVD player. Greg's DVD was the single best most concise explanation of the left hand bass side, where the basic chords are found and navigating inverted 5ths. Right hand was pretty easy to figure out on my own. Bob C has a couple good videos on You Tube on right hand diatonic scales and when and how to slide between hand positions. That opened a few doors. I also play all the same instruments you play and have been a pro all my life on all of them. All I did after that was just study all the Stick videos on You Tube to see what other players were doing and then take a bunch of tunes I already knew on other instruments and arrange them on Stick and I was on my way. I also tried different Stick models and all the popular tunings, each for a few months till I finally settled on a 12 string with MR with high bass 4th.

If push comes to shove, these days external DVD drives for your laptop can be had as low as around $12-15 US.

Bob's DVD is really good too! But y'know, the book I always keep coming back to is "Free Hands" (No DVD player required) Call me crazy, but... Learn that book and I feel you'll probably learn to play the Stick...
