I've always played form the 4 finger bass side - 3 finger right side.
As of yesterday, I decided to practice 2 basic scales 4 finger RH, for just 2 minutes every time I pick up Stick.
This way when I'm ready to use it, my 4th finger will be stronger than if I hadn't .
