On the graph there are two examples of 3-note-per-string pentatonics. The ones with asterisks in their upper left hand corners are the ones rock guitarists use in the guitar tuning. The rest are my ideas for symmetrical fingerings that could be used on the Chapman Stick.

Also, I forgot to mention before in the graph on how to apply the symmetrical fingerings that you can also ascend some scale then scooch over and descend. That kind of motion is graphically represented in the upper right hand corner of this graph. Another point for not blowing all your cookies at the start is to start to ascend the scale then go back after only a short distance. Then continue up again but only going a little farther then coming back. Then perhaps finally continuing for the whole width of the fingerboard.
