Josh-------------The stick stand that Gene Perry is referring to is a Drum Stand BC930 made by Pearl. Genes Tagg Interface by Free Hands A, attaches to it, The stick can be adjusted because the stand has a boom which can be slid straight down in the stand or slid side ways. It's adjustable to lean towards you, adjust the angle of the stick side to side. It's great if your standing or sitting. It's a very heavy duty stand with adjustable legs. I have this set up and recommend it to anyone.

After rereading the thread I didn't know if you were referring to a playing stand or a resting stand. For a stand for resting I have SE stick stand. Does a good job. Otherwise my playing stand is in the above message

Same as mine. I just left the original rubber piece, made two small dents and it now locks the stick in place.

Hello Fellow Disciples of the Stick!

So, I'm looking for alternatives and/or ways to rig up a good stand for the Stick. I have a 12 string Grand. The stand on the stick site is one way to go...but when I was at Interlochen last week, one of the guys had a Bassoon stand he was using. That got me thinking, what is everyone else doing?

So...what are you guys using for a stick stand?

Thanks

TP
