I just did sheetrock for a contractor friend. Or was it drywall. I cut it with a tile knife. Or was it a utility knife. I am a chef by trade. I never used a utility knife in the kitchen. I also play the Stick..........Chordophone sounds too much like telephone (my last post) I don't talk into my Stick. I do talk TO it occasionaly, though.

All instruments with strings (including the Chapman Stick) are already classified as chordophones, no matter how much you dislike the word. :D

Probably should not play the Chapman Stick with a utility knife. ;)

My buddy used to play slide guitar with a Phillips screwdriver. I swear.

The rear curve of your truss wrench makes a nice slide, but don't use it on the thinnest string of the Alto or SG12 (I've broken a couple strings that way)

I've seen Don Schiff use a silver hiking clip for slide on the N/S.
