 What I Want I want a stick made out of chrome. It'd probably play like shit but damn would it look phenomenal! I wonder if there's any way to take a graphite stick and paint it with some sort of material that would make it look and shine like chrome. That would be cool.

Re: What I Want Actually, I was just looking at Vigier Surfreter guitars with their fretless metal fingerboards and thought that might be cool on a Stick.
Also, didn't Emmettt make a lucite Stick at one time?

Re: What I Want If the XBL models ever go into production, I think your dream of a chrome Stick would be entirely possible. The handful of prototypes were finished in automotive lacquer-type paint, including watermelon, royal blue, blue w/black (natural) fretboard, and my former silver #4868. I don't see why Emmett or Heiko at Basslab couldn't come up with a chrome color for you. I miss my silver model (sold it to get my current Grand) and really hope these XBLs will someday be offered. GAS alert!

Have you seen the guitar that has no fingerboard and is just some frets welded to tubes? That would be cool in chrome.
