Post Stickup Sound on PASV-4
I know it was discussed here before, but i can't find the thread. You have to adjust the hights of the pu's and be on certain settings. HELP. i want the Stickup sound on my Grand DBR - like my Ironwood. i thiink Emmett drilled the holes on my DBR,but i can't afford another pu now, and i use one uniform sound so it doesn't matter to me. I WANT THAT SOUND.

Post Re: Stickup Sound on PASV-4
Hi,

I searched a bit, and it's here:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=435
I actually made a new housing for my PASV-4 module, where the front bass pickup moves more towards the bridge, and the back melody pickup moves more towards the neck. This also helps to get nearer to a Stickup sound, because the pickup positions are now approximately the same as on the Stickup. Another hint: I often take some mid around 2K away with an equalizer, and maybe dial in some high treble (above 5K).
