Re: Turnaround time for email at SE? I have always receive the utmost responsiveness and service from SE when I phone them. Sometimes I get a response via email to clarify something but if I phone in my question, request or order, they always respond. As the other folks have commented, SE is a small business, and in this day and age everyone could stand to have a little more patience because of it.

Re: Turnaround time for email at SE? ....AAAAAAND resolved. The phone is the way to go. The folks at Stick Ent are just super busy and a little behind on their emails. My Railboard is confirmed, and I bought all of the instructional materials i could get my hands on. Easy to deal with, very simple. Having troubles with Email? Just phone 'em!
Now I just have to wait for my board... hahaha the hard part!
